About Joining Solur

Solur is seeking highly motivated residential solar sales consultants who are commission driven with experience and that is looking for a change. Each sales consultant will manage the entire sales process which includes identifying new opportunities and helping clients create a tailored solar panel roof solution that meets their needs. They are the direct point of contact for the customer and will handle all communication during the process of each sale.

Job Requirements

-Minimum of 2 years sales experience however, prior construction experience will also be considered

-Ability to grow in a fast paced environment
-Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Excellent communications skills
-Must be able to climb a ladder without fear of heights
-Position may require lifting up to 50+lbs
-Valid driver’s license
-Capable of multi-tasking

Job Responsibilities

-Establish good client relationships with customers for referrals and repeat business

-Maintain awareness of competitive activity in the solar industry

-Provide residential solar system information – Price, quality, and sales material

-Review and prepare proposals

-Communicate with customers

-Meet company goals

-Have an understanding of OSHA requirements


This is a highly competitive commission based 1099 position.

Required Education

High School or GED minimum.

Required Experience

Sales: 2+ years however, prior construction experience will also be considered.
